Nylon Clips

Nylon clips are available in two sizes: round clips and hexagonal clips.

Aluminium Clips

Aluminiumclips are available in three sizes: aluminium round , aluminium square and oval clipss. Aluminium clips have a black PVC
coating on the front side and no PVC coating on the reverse side.

Stainless steel Clips

The pieces of stainless steel fittings are made of stainless steel with a black PVC coating on both sides. The rod is aluminium.

Material

Hot-dip galvanized wire: our factory uses the original hot-dip galvanized wire, its flexibility, plasticity is extremely strong,
galvanized and phosphating, so that the galvanized layer adhesion is stronger which is an important factor affecting the price and
reflect the quality of the installation a few years later. The original hot-dip galvanized galvanized wire quality is superior to
the re-drawn wire, non-professionals are difficult to distinguish.

Welding —– welding equipment: self-designed and customized high-precision new equipment, even mesh holes, warp and weft lines are horizontal and vertical, and there will be no cutting edges and broken holes in the slitting process.

Slitter —– specially customized 1/2 hole cutter, neat edge, more convenient and efficient, 3 workers operation, slitting and
inspection at the same time.

Impregnation —– Powder: The export grade high grade powder is used, which is stronger in anti-aging, adhesion, etc. Different quality of powder is also an important factor affecting the price.

There is no difference in the appearance of the products made of good Akzo powder and common powder, it is hard to distinguish, but there is a big difference in the service life.

Small rolls —- specially customized net rolling machine, net rolling and inspection at the same time, so that the tightness and roll diameter of each small roll is consistent.

Packaging: plastic film and then carton packaging – each small roll for blister film independent packaging, and then carton packaging, to reduce breakage during logistics, neat and tidy, each product will be intact, safe and secure to the hands of customers.
